“Initially I understood art as concrete, figurative, a combination of aesthetics narratives. Little people books, serial paintings, wall paintings and religious paintings provide my initial artistic framework. These art forms provided the framework for my artistic enlightenment.

Studying during my arts college period  I did not read deeply, I didn’t write deeply. During these years I didn’t accumulate work that I could sell.  A series of questions made me think about what art really means to me. Now? The art I understand is invisible and it is build together by all of us who believe in art. What we are talking about at this moment, or what we are speaking about or doing around art, is art. It does’nt really exist. It exists in every part of us. We just have to do it and whatever you do, your motivation is art. That’s art. Art is not just a technical or professional choice. At a certain moment it is a language, a faith, and an important medium for my communication with this society. It has shaped my life experience and helped me see the world from a different perspective. More importantly, in the midst of confusion it was like a medicine for me. Physical life brought pure brightness. I was actively reading, going to exhibitions, watching movies and with the help of these I dimly saw  the door to art. This specious consciousness  like a sea tonic, let art be allowed in myself.   It is rooted in my body. It also allowed me to begin to develop from an initial amusement for myself into a conscious artistic act. Art is not just a technical or professional choice. At a certain moment it is a language and an important medium for my communication with our society. It has shaped my life.”
